Summer Theater is a unique Finnish tradition. In every summer a vast amount of professional and amateur theater across the nation are putting on their best shows! Mostly the program is light and it includes a lot of music. Even though you might not understand a word, we recommend you to come along anyways - laughter often unites people and the professional actors will definitely get their main points across, even without a common language.

Our seating is designed in a half circle, so everyone has the best possible view to the stage. All our seating is equipped with individual chairs, so you have the best chance to lay back and enjoy!

The main performance of the season is always produced by the fantastic Teatteri Eurooppa Neljä, which is the largest touring professional theater group in Finland.

The Theater is located behind the main building. The entrance to the Theater is through the main entrance. The Theater is fully covered from rain, so the shows go on despite a possible rain. We have seating for 500 persons.

During theater intermission, there a plenty of service points serving coffee, tee, pastries, soft drinks and ice cream. There is also a sausage stand in the terrace. Wednesdays and Sundays there is also a buffet is being served before the show.

The restaurant indoors is fully licenced.

In Kartano Kievari's main building there are plenty of bathrooms upstairs and downstairs.
Also the Caravan WC is available for our theater customers.

We have valet parking. The cars are being driven as close together as possible and you are not able to leave in the middle of the performance.
